What we do
Septic & grease pumping
Residential pump-outs $300–$600 flat, quoted on the phone. Restaurant grease traps and commercial tanks on a schedule, with manifests. We locate and dig the lid.
Septic system repair
Pumps, floats, alarms, aerators, sprinkler heads and broken lines. Conventional tanks and aerobic units both. Diagnosis is free when we do the repair.
Drain field repair & replacement
Soggy ground, smell, backups after rain. We find out whether the field has actually failed or whether something upstream is flooding it.
New system installation
Site evaluation, soil testing, OSSF design, county permitting and installation. Conventional and aerobic. We handle the paperwork.
Lift stations
Commercial and multi-family lift station repair, pump and float replacement, and emergency pumping when the alarm goes off at 11pm.
Emergency pumping
Septic and lift station pumping around the clock. Nights, weekends and holidays, with licensed transporter vacuum trucks.

Questions we get
How do I know if it is the tank, the pump or the field?
You usually cannot from the house, and that is the point of a diagnosis. We open the tank, check the water level, baffles and filter, test the pump and floats on an aerobic unit, and look at the field at the surface. Then you get a straight answer.
Is the diagnosis free?
It is free when we perform the repair. If you want a second opinion only, tell us on the phone and we will quote that honestly.
Do you do emergency calls?
Yes. Nights, weekends and holidays, for repairs and for septic, grease trap and lift station pumping.
Can you install a whole new system?
Yes — site evaluation, soil testing, OSSF design, county permit and installation, conventional or aerobic. One company from the first call to the final inspection.
Do you pump septic tanks and grease traps?
Yes. Residential pump-outs run $300–$600 flat depending on gallons and access, quoted on the phone before we drive out. Grease traps and commercial tanks go on a schedule that fits how much you cook, with manifests for your file.
