New septic system design & installation
Site evaluation, soil testing, OSSF design, county permitting and installation — conventional or aerobic — from a contractor who has been building homes in this county for twenty years.
- Free site evaluation
- Design & permit included
- Conventional & aerobic
- We service what we install
Emergency septic and lift station pumping, nights, weekends and holidays. The number rings 24/7 — a person, not an answering service.
What the job includes
Site evaluation
Where the house, the well, the drive and the setbacks are. What the lot can actually hold.
Soil & percolation testing
The test that decides what kind of system you are allowed to build.
OSSF design
Sized for the house that will be there, not the minimum that passes.
County permitting
Submitted and followed through by us, in Williamson or Travis County.
Installation
Tank, lines, field or spray zones, panel and alarm, installed and inspected.
Service afterward
We maintain and repair what we build. You are not handed off after backfill.
Building on acreage?
Start the septic design before the slab goes in. The system dictates where the house can sit, how far it has to be from the well and the property line, and sometimes whether the lot works at all. We would rather tell you that at the dirt stage than after the foundation is poured.
Conventional systems are cheaper to build and cheaper to run where the soil allows them. Aerobic systems with spray fields are what a lot of Central Texas lots require. The soil test decides, not a sales pitch.
Replacing a failed system
Same process, with one step first: we check whether the existing system is genuinely finished. See drain fields.
What customers say
Chase and team were great! Responsive, easy to work with, reasonably priced. They replaced our septic tank, and a few years later when the drain field failed they replaced that too. Highly recommended!
Quick response and great service. I purchased a home that came with some septic issues that were missed during my home…
Had a septic emergency, super quick response, and great service from their team. High recommend
Waste Chase was fabulous! They gave me a tight window for my appt, called when they were on their way, and showed up on…

Installation questions
How long does a new system take?
Most of the clock is permitting, not digging. Plan for several weeks from soil test to final inspection, and we will give you a real schedule once the county responds.
Conventional or aerobic — who decides?
The soil test and the county. We will explain what the results mean and what each option costs to run over its life.
Do you work with builders?
Yes. Home building is where this company started.
What does a system cost?
It depends on tank size, system type, soil and access, so a number over the phone would be a guess. The site evaluation is free and produces a real quote.
