What counts as an emergency

What to do while we are on the way

  1. Stop adding waterNo laundry, no dishwasher, no showers. Every gallon you send down makes the backup worse.
  2. Keep people away from itSewage is a health hazard. Keep kids and pets out of the area and off wet ground over the field.
  3. Find the lid if you canIf you know where the tank and the lid are, tell us on the phone. It saves time when we arrive.

After the emergency

Pumping stops the backup. It does not always fix the cause. Once the system is down and safe, we tell you what actually failed — a pump, a float, a line, the field, or just years without a pump-out — and what it takes to keep it from happening again. See repair or drain fields.

What customers say

★★★★★
Chase and team were great! Responsive, easy to work with, reasonably priced. They replaced our septic tank, and a few years later when the drain field failed they replaced that too. Highly recommended!
